Do you love digging into research and helping people? We’re hiring a legal assistant to add to our legal team in preparing legal documents and managing our Discovery. Applicants should be experienced, highly organized professionals with great attention to detail and be available to work at least 20 hours in the office and 20 hours remotely. • Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues
• Arrange law office activity such as drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers
• Managing Mandatory Disclosures
• Requests for Production and Request for Interrogatories, to ensure timely submission by the deadlines

Qualifications:

• Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
• Talented communicator and writer
• Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference
• At least 1 year of demonstrated legal experience in South Florida
