Job Description
Seeking an **HR Assistant** to work in a creative, competitive, fun work environment. If you love making a difference in people's lives, this is the job for you! This position is 100% onsite with Oakley, located in Lake Forest, CA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Support employee questions and enrollment into benefits, for annual open enrollment and new hire enrollment
+ Provide support during the performance management process for hourly employees. Including tracking of reviews, follow up with managers when needed, answer questions
+ Engagement survey - roll out for hourly with paper forms, enter data from paper forms
+ Support preventing harassment training - tracking who has completed, following up with folks that are delinquent
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ Minimum 6 months of work-related experience desired but not required
+ Degree in a related field
+ Must be bilingual in Spanish

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
