JOB TITLE Influencer & Design Marketing Specialist

REPORTS TO Head of Marketing

JOB SUMMARY The Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and brand awareness through two core functions: (1) managing Baltic Born’s influencer marketing program and (2) elevating our visual content through thoughtful, storytelling-driven graphic design.

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Lehi, Utah headquarters (Monday through Friday). The ideal candidate is an early-career marketing professional with a mix of creative and organizational strengths who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Influencer Marketing Management

• Lead Baltic Born’s influencer program using GRIN, managing recruitment, outreach, communication, and reporting.
• Oversee influencer campaign setup and tracking—including activations, style selections, deliverables, payments, and performance analysis.
• Manage budget and drive spend efficiency; evaluate ROI of partnerships regularly and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Ensure contracts are signed, influencer orders are fulfilled, and deliverables are completed on time.
• Write and maintain outreach templates and email sequences within GRIN to streamline communication.
• Utilize social listening and landing pages to identify and vet new creators.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and generate reports with actionable insights.

Creative & Graphic Design Support

• Design branded assets for digital marketing campaigns including homepage banners, email graphics, social media ads, and more.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to concept and build visuals that align with campaign themes and elevate brand storytelling.
• Apply design best practices to increase engagement and conversion across all visual content.
• Organize and maintain a design library across platforms including Canva, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
• Assist in creating performance-based ad creative, including Meta and TikTok assets, using approved visual styles.
• Contribute to content strategy by brainstorming and creating design-forward assets tailored to seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Paid Ad Support & TikTok Ad Flipping

• Help flip high-performing organic TikToks into ads using the TikTok Ads Manager platform.
• Support audience targeting and ad setup in collaboration with the digital ads team.
• Monitor creative performance analytics and assist in optimizing ad content.

REQUIREMENTS / KEY COMPETENCIES

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, graphic design, or a related marketing role.
• Proficiency with GRIN or comparable influencer platforms (training available).
• Strong design skills and experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads platforms or willingness to learn.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Clear and proactive communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a collaborative, fast-moving team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
