Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:
   • Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.

• • Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence for planning and documentation.

1. Stakeholder Communication:
   • Act as the primary contact for all project matters.

• • Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and gather feedback for refinement.

1. Domain Expertise:
   • Bring end-to-end understanding of the R&D domain, including PLM, regulatory compliance, and product claims.

• • Mediate between business stakeholders, researchers, and IT teams to ensure technology meets domain needs.

1. Technical Leadership:
   • Collaborate with the technical team to align project objectives.

• • Understand and address technical challenges.

1. Risk Management:
   • Identify and address potential project risks.

• • Create proactive mitigation plans.

1. Resource Allocation:
   • Ensure effective staffing and resource utilization.

1. Budgeting & Cost Management:
   • Monitor and adjust project expenses to stay within budget.

1. Quality Assurance:
   • Oversee testing and quality assurance processes.

1. Documentation & Collaboration:
   • Maintain project documentation using Confluence.

• • Ensure robust documentation of domain-specific requirements and standards.

• • Collaborate on code changes using Bitbucket.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Gather post-project feedback for process enhancement.
• Regularly collect feedback from domain experts for technology solution refinement.

1. Jira & Confluence Management:
   • Track tasks, sprints, and releases using Jira.

• • Use Confluence for documentation and collaboration.

1. Requirements Gathering:
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to document domain-specific application requirements.

1. Solution Design & Development:
   • Assist in application design to ensure adherence to domain standards.

• • Work with the R&D team to align technology with domain best practices.

1. Domain-driven Development:
   • Ensure application development strictly follows domain-specific principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years' Experience on data Center
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Relevant certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM.
