**CTG is seeking to fill a Systems Integration Engineer opening for our client.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 2 years **Duties:** + Serve as the primary owner for systems and device integration, ensuring high-quality design, development, and support of applications and interfaces. + Develop and maintain integration workflows using Cloverleaf and Cerner Open Engine. + Support system conversions, upgrades, and maintenance activities. + Monitor and troubleshoot interface and system issues, ensuring timely resolution. + Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to align integration strategies with business needs. + Participate in on-call rotations to support ISD customer service requirements. + Create and maintain technical documentation, including interface specifications and Visio diagrams. **Skills:** + Proficiency in TCL, XLATE, and ModObj scripting. + Strong understanding of HL7 messages (ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, DFT, BAR). + Knowledge of HIE standards (CCD, CDA, XDS) and HIPAA compliance. + Expertise with Linux operating systems. + Familiarity with Revenue Cycle/Business Office file formats (X12, 835, 837, 850). + Strong troubleshooting and customer communication abilities. + Skilled in documentation and process mapping. **Experience:** + Minimum 10 years of experience in system integration, Cloverleaf, and Cerner Open Engine. + 7+ years of hands-on experience with healthcare data exchange and integration standards. + Proven background in clinical data management and relational database concepts. + Experience with communication protocols including TCP/IP, FTP, SFTP, and RS-232. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred. + Equivalent professional experience will be considered. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
